His name is Brent Van Auken and he has an eye to capture beauty like you wouldn’t believe. Brent attributes this talent to growing up in Redding, CA, a small, slow-paced town where he learned to take time and notice the beauty around him. He pays acute attention to detail and loves to incorporate negative space. His photos are not only beautiful to look at, but they also tell a story; as you will see in shoots below like Karen + Josh’s 1940′s vintage inspired engagement shoot. And this incredibly talented photographer/ photojournalist just got married in April, so he knows what it is like to be in your shoes and how much importance surrounds everything having to do with your special day.
